Refund policy

Sea of Green wishes to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 205/2006, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within the term of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of receipt of the Products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to the following address: ordini@seaofg.com containing:

• the manifestation of willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 205/2006
• the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal
• the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase
• data relating to the Customer's bank account, exclusively if the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal. The amount paid by the customer will be refunded excluding any shipping costs.

This communication can be sent, always within the aforementioned term of 14 (fourteen) days, also by e-mail, telegram and fax.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Sea of Green will refund the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer in a normal state of conservation and only if the return instructions above are correctly respected. Sea of Green reserves the right to refuse the return of any Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refunded.

Each delivery will contain easy instructions for returning the Products. Sea of Green undertakes to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 14 days from the date of return of the Products. Sea of Green will send a refund confirmation email.

Sea of Green will not be liable for refunds or compensation for Products that were returned but were never received by Sea of Green due to loss, theft or damage not caused by Sea of Green.

If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order presented, he must promptly send an e-mail to the address ordini@seaofg.com. Once the Product has been shipped the order cannot be canceled or changed until such time as the shipped goods have been returned to Sea of Green. In this case, reference is made to the returns policy described above.

Lacks of conformity

In case of lack of conformity of Products sold by Sea of Green, the Customer must immediately contact Sea of Green at the email address ordini@seaofg.com by Sea of Green.

The legal guarantees provided for by articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or to an adequate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.

The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Sea of Green within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The action aimed at asserting the defects not fraudulently concealed by Sea of Green is prescribed, in any case, within the term of twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods.
